4. Quotes, Payments & Refunds
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- A deposit (as agreed) is required before any project begins.
- Remaining payments are due according to the milestones or upon project completion.
- We accept payments through secure online methods or bank transfer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only considered if the project has not commenced or no work has been delivered.
- Once the design process or any part of the service has started, refunds are not applicable.
- Any refund approval will be at Feoura’s sole discretion and processed within 14 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary materials (content, logos, images, access credentials, etc.) required for the project.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ensure all submitted content complies with copyright laws.
Feoura is not liable for project delays caused by late client feedback or incomplete submissions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs, code, and creative assets produced by Feoura remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, ownership of the completed design and related assets is transferred to the client.
- Feoura reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Revisions and Project Scope
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as stated in the proposal.
Any additional requests, new features, or scope changes may result in extra charges and extended delivery timelines.
8. Website Content and SEO
Feoura may provide content creation and SEO optimization services upon request.
However, search engine rankings are influenced by multiple external factors, and Feoura does not guarantee specific SEO results.
9. Third-Party Services
Feoura may integrate third-party tools or plugins into client websites.
We are not responsible for the maintenance, security, or functionality of third-party software after project delivery.
All third-party licenses and renewals remain the client’s responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
Feoura shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Downtime, loss of data, or revenue due to external hosting or third-party issues.
- Delays caused by technical failures, client inaction, or force majeure events.
Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information and business data.
Feoura will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except when required by law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice if:
- The other party breaches these Terms, and
- Fails to correct the breach within 7 business days after notice.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work and approved milestones.
13. Use of the Feoura Website
You agree not to:
- Copy or reproduce any part of this website without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with operations.
- Post or transmit harmful, unlawful, or defamatory content.
Violations may result in suspension of access or legal action.
